The company of ETC of Henderson, Inc. has been acquired in May 2017 by renowned Automotive, Food Service and Janitorial industries global manufacturer and supplier, ACS Industries, Inc., headquartered in Lincoln, Rhode Island since 1939. Today ACS Industries, Inc. is a global organization with US-based HQ and R&D division and manufacturing operations in Mexico and China.
